Watermelon, green strawberry – a little bitter and herbal, but in an interesting and good way. Has a creamy roundness and a touch of phenolic. Impulse to swallow it is pretty high. Like it. Less run of the mill than many and has a ripe and creamy sweet red fruit finish. Some sweetness, but well delivered.
